Every CarolFrames music frame is made to order just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

If your frame arrives faulty, you have 30 days from delivery to request a full refund.

To request a refund:

• 📸 Show us the fault. Email your order number along with a video or photos of the issue.
• 📦 Condition. Frame and all 9 discs must be unused, with no music loaded, in original packaging.
• 💳 Return shipping. Paid by you via a tracked service.
• 💰 Refund processed within 5 business days of the return arriving.

Parcel arrives damaged?

Photograph the frame and box within 48 hours of delivery and email us at carolframes192@gmail.com.

90 Day Warranty (Optional)

You can add the optional 90 day warranty at checkout. It covers manufacturing and technical faults for three months including daily use.

• 🛡️ Covers manufacturing and technical faults. Stops working, we replace it.
• 📹 No return needed. Send us a video of the fault, we confirm, and a replacement ships.
• ⚠️ Does not cover drops, liquid damage, misuse, or opening the frame.

This warranty is optional and is in addition to your consumer law rights, not instead of them.
